Offer

KanaLearn Premium gives access, while the subscription is active, to levels N3 to N1 (kanji, vocabulary, grammar, readings), unlimited mock exams, advanced stats, offline mode and export, and 5 streak freezes. The free content stays available without a subscription.

Price

Monthly: €4.99 per month. Yearly: €39.99 per year. Prices include all taxes; VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).

A price change only applies from the next period, after at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before.

Free trial

The first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial (once per account). Unless you cancel before it ends, the first payment is taken when it ends. You are told by email beforehand.

Referral

Every learner can share their invitation link. Once a new account opened with that link has completed 3 sessions, the new learner and the one who invited them each get 7 days of Premium, free and without commitment. These days are added after any Premium already running. The inviter gets at most 10 rewards a month. Accounts created to abuse the referral can be excluded.

Payment and renewal

Payment is by card through Stripe, at the start of each period. The subscription renews automatically for the same length until cancelled. An invoice is emailed for every payment.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days; if it is not settled, the subscription ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription → Manage my subscription, in a few clicks. Premium stays on until the end of the period already paid, with no further charge. Deleting your account ends the subscription at once.

Right of withdrawal

Premium is digital content supplied immediately. By subscribing, you expressly ask for this immediate access and acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° of the French consumer code).

During the free trial nothing is charged: you can cancel at no cost. For any complaint: to be completed.

Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services. If something is wrong, contact us: we restore the service or, failing that, refund pro rata.

Mediation and disputes

If a dispute with us is not resolved, you can refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: to be completed. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Governing law: French law.
